Exchange & Return Policy
At Love & Last, customer satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any non-damaged and unused perfume (not significantly used) in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

The customer must return the item through a traceable courier service or registered post at their own expense.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Individual bottles from perfume sets cannot be returned — the entire pack must be sent back for a refund.

Sample sets are non-refundable.

Items purchased in “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” or other promotional deals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All returns must include the original box, pouch, and all packaging materials.
Once your return is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days.
